Urdina Reka from Sofia and Plovdiv .The Malyovitsa region is the cradle of Bulgarian mountaineering. In fact the region is one of the most popular tourist regions in the Rila mountain.

Day tour
∗ 08:30: Tour starts from the Metro station Inter Expo Center – Tsarigradsko shose (Towards Plovdiv), or from your preferable place if booked in advance.
∗ The journey takes about hour and a half to the starting point for Treks in the crossroad to the Vada hut . From there we will take Hiking trek to the next stop. The trek takes about 1 hour.
∗ Yavorov Polyana. After a an insparing break our hiking trek will continue.
∗ Next Treck will takes about 1 hour to the second stop Kukite area. The trek takes about 1 hour.
∗ After short break we will get back to the last trek, to the Dolno pole. Trek takes approx 1 hour.
∗ A pleasant picnic amidst the captivating tranquility in the area of Dolno pole.
∗ Trek back to strating point of the trek and board the coach.
∗ 18:00: Departure back to Sofia.
∗ 19:30: Expected time of arrival in Sofia at the the Metro station Inter Expo Center – Tsarigradsko shose.
ATTENTION:
∗ Mandatory requirement for tourists – Before the start of each mountain hike, clients receive instruction from a licensed mountain guide and undertake to comply with the instructions given to them.
∗ Changes in the program are possible, based on objective factors, mostly of meteorological nature.
PERSONAL EQUIPMENT:
∗ Please wear comfortable hiking boots, warm clothes, dry food, water, raincoate.
∗ Windproof and waterproof jacket.
∗ Extra garment (fleece).
∗ Water bottle at least 1 liter.
∗ Hat/towel, sunscreen and sunglasses, raincoat.
∗ Insole (optional).
∗ In bad weather conditions the program can be shortened or replaced.

∗ Food for lunch, picnic type. It is recommended to consider in advance that your food is as energetic and healthy as possible.
∗ Travelers should have a moderate to good level of physical fitness.
