Hiking Difficulty: Easy/Moderate (2/3 from 6), Elevation: 445 m ( from 1267 m – 1712 m) – 1459 ft ( from 4156 ft – 5616 ft)
Length: Day 1: 15 km – 24 ml, Duration: Day 1: 5 hours.
∗ 06:30: From Sofia – Our team will be waiting to greet you at the parking behind Alexander Nevski Cathedral, http://!!!Green Valleys meeting point SOFIA google/maps!!!, or you can arrange your pick up point in advance with member of our booking team.
∗ 08:30: From Plovdiv – Our team will be waiting to greet you at the parking in front of the hotel Princess (Trimoncium Hotel Plovdiv), http://!!!Green Valleys meeting point Plovdiv. google/maps!!!, or you can arrange your pick up point in advance with member of our booking team.
∗ The journey takes about two and a half hours to the starting point the September station. From there we boarding the narrow gauge railway to the highest train station at the balkan peninsula, station of Avramovo at the 1267 m ( 4156 ft) above sea lvel . The journey takes about 02:00 hour.
∗ Arrived at the station of Avramovo and we trek to the next stop.
∗ A pleasant picnic amidst the captivating tranquility in the area.
∗ After a break we will take hiking treck to the Veliytsa peak at the 1712 m ( 5616 ft) above sea level.
∗ Visit Veliytsa peak.
∗ After an inspiring break we will continue hiking to the village of Ortsevo.
∗ Check-in at the guest house in the village of Ortsevo at the 1555 m ( 5101 ft) above sea level.
∗ Dinner at the hotel restaurant, relax in a traditional atmosphere while enjoying deliciously prepared food, free time.
Day 2
Hiking Difficulty: Easy/Moderate (2/3 from 6), Elevation Negative: 445 m ( from 1712 m – 1267 m ) – 1459 ft ( from 5616 ft – 4156 ft ), Length: Day 2: 12 km – 19,2 ml, Duration: Day 2: 5 hours (Hiking time only)
∗ Today after breakfast we will continue our adventure in the region.
∗ Check out from the guest house and trek to the the village of Buntsevo. Trek takes about 03:00 hours.
∗ Lunch in a village of Buntsevo. , relax at the charming atmosphere, while being served delicious cooked food.
∗ After an inspairing break. Optionaly can board the van to the station of Yakoruda.
∗ Boarding the narrow-gauge railway from station of Yakoruda to the station of September.
∗ Arrived at the station of September and depart towards Plovdiv and Sofia.
ATTENTION:
∗ Mandatory requirement for tourists – Before the start of each mountain hike, clients receive instruction from a licensed mountain guide and undertake to comply with the instructions given to them.
∗ Changes in the program are possible, based on objective factors, mostly of meteorological nature.
PERSONAL EQUIPMENT:
∗ Please wear comfortable hiking boots, warm clothes, dry food, water, raincoate.
∗ Windproof and waterproof jacket.
∗ Extra garment (fleece).
∗ Water bottle at least 1 liter.
∗ Hat/towel, sunscreen and sunglasses, raincoat.
∗ Insole (optional).
∗ In bad weather conditions the program can be shortened or replaced.

∗ Food for lunch, picnic type. It is recommended to consider in advance that your food is as energetic and healthy as possible.
∗ Travelers should have a moderate to good level of physical fitness.
