Canyon Matka from Sofia and Plovdiv. We will take you on an incredible journey to the north of Makedonia, canyon Matka and town of Skopie.

∗ 07:00: From Plovdiv – Our team will be waiting to greet you at the parking in front of the hotel Princess (Trimoncium Hotel Plovdiv), http://!!!Green Valleys meeting point Plovdiv. google/maps!!!, or you can arrange your pick up point in advance with member of our booking team.
∗ The journey takes about five hours to the town of Skopie.
∗ 13:00: Hotel check-in, free time.
∗ 14:00 – 15:00: A pleasant lunch in a traditional restaurant while enjoying deliciously prepared food.
∗ 15:00 – 16:30: Guided tour in a town of Skopie.
∗ 17:00 – 20:00: Free time in town of Skopie.
∗ 20:00 – 23:00: Dinner at the town, relax in a traditional atmosphere while enjoying deliciously prepared food, free time.
∗ 23:00: Transfer back to the hotel.
Day 2
∗ 09:30: Today after breackfast we depart toward canyon Matka.
∗ 10:00 – 10:30: Take the chairlift which will lead us to the next stop.
∗ 10:30 – 13:30: Hiking through the canyon.
∗ 13:30 -14:30: Lunch amidst the captivating tranquility in the area.
∗ 14:30 – 15:30: Visit Vrelo cave by boat. This is a small but extremely beautiful cave, inaccessible by land, but only by water.
∗ 15:30: Departure back to Plovdiv and Sofia.
∗ 20:30: Expected time of arrival in Sofia at the parking lot behind Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.
∗ 22:30: Expected time of arrival in Plovdiv at the parking in front of hotel Princess (Trimoncium Hotel).
ATTENTION:
∗ Mandatory requirement for tourists – Before the start of each mountain hike, clients receive instruction from a licensed mountain guide and undertake to comply with the instructions given to them.
∗ Changes in the program are possible, based on objective factors, mostly of meteorological nature.
PERSONAL EQUIPMENT:
∗ Please wear comfortable hiking boots, warm clothes, dry food, water, raincoate.
∗ Windproof and waterproof jacket.
∗ Extra garment (fleece).
∗ Water bottle at least 1 liter.
∗ Hat/towel, sunscreen and sunglasses, raincoat.
∗ Insole (optional).
∗ In bad weather conditions the program can be shortened or replaced.

∗ Food for lunch, picnic type. It is recommended to consider in advance that your food is as energetic and healthy as possible.
∗ Travelers should have a moderate to good level of physical fitness.
