Tour to Kazahstan from Sofia and Plovdiv. Kazakhstan, a Central Asian country extends from the Caspian Sea in the west to the Altai Mountains at its eastern border with China and Russia. Its largest metropolis, Almaty, is a long-standing trading hub whose landmarks include Ascension Cathedral, a tsarist-era Russian Orthodox church, and the Central State Museum of Kazakhstan, displaying thousands of Kazakh artifacts.

∗ Visit to the Kok Tobe mountain in Almaty, Kazakhstan’s largest city. Kók Tóbe Park, a popular recreation area, is on top of the mountain. The mountain’s height is 1100 meters above sea level. Kok Tobe is one of the main landmarks in the city, and it is popular among visitors and tourists in Almaty.

Drive to Medeo the national natural park full of alpine meadows & fir trees, surrounded by high mountains. Approx. 1hr drive. Easy hiking at gorge.
Enjoy the thundering experience of Cable Drive to Chimbulak, crossing all three phases you will reach to 3300Mts.

∗ 10:30 – 12:00: Visit to the Central Museum excursion with visiting an ethno hall (hall of the culture of Kazakh people), hall of the gold collection, hall of anthropology.
∗ 13:00: Visiting a Nomad ethnic center you can step over the edge of time and, together with the tribes of Saks, Usuns, Kangyui, Turks, and Kazakhs, go the way of the development of the military art of nomads – one of the key aspects of the life of our ancestors. During the trip, the guests of the ethnic center will witness exciting horse battles and parades, learn about the features of the formation of chivalry and its principles, and also learn a lot from the related areas of the life of the ancient nomads – their crafts, traditions, national cuisine, costumes and much more.

Medeo and Shymbulak: The skating rink Medeo is located at an altitude of 1691 meters above sea level, and is well known all around the world. The amazing view and the wonderful pure air make this place worth seeing. This is a famous symbol of Kazakhstan.
The Shymbulak valley is located at an altitude of 2200 – 2500 m. Favorable natural conditions attract mountain climbers, tourists and downhill skiers. Skiing on the Shymbulak is a seasonal option, but just simple walking and enjoying the time there impress very much. Lots of restaurants and cafes offer the good time spending and different cuisine.
Central State Museum – Museum owns the richest collection consisting of 120 thousand of exhibits of a constant exposition which reflect the history of Kazakhstan since the ancient times.
Food:
Our guests can choose from different diets, including vegetarian, Jain or non-vegetarian (Halal will not always be available) meals. Passengers should advise the tour representative of their preferred diet on day one. The meals are pre-set buffet, and a choice of menu is not available.
Dinners are usually provided within the hotel or restaurant. You should always consult member of our staff if you have any alergy to the ingredients of the dishs or you not sure of what ingredients a dish contains.
