DAY 1
∗ From Sofia – Our team will be waiting to greet you at the parking behind Alexander Nevski Cathedral, http://!!!Green Valleys meeting point SOFIA google/maps!!!, or you can arrange your pick up point in advance with member of our booking team.
∗ From Plovdiv – Our team will be waiting to greet you at the parking in front of the Hotel Ramada (Trimoncium Hotel Plovdiv), http://!!!Green Valleys meeting point Plovdiv. google/maps!!!, or you can arrange your pick up point in advance with member of our booking team.
∗ Discover the ancient Thracian city of Perperikon, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Bulgaria.
∗ Picnic lunch in the picturesque mountain scenery, next to the park of Perperikon.
∗ Enjoyable afternoon at the Thracian Sanctuary of the village of Tatul and the Temple of Orpheus where the legends of Orpheus come to life. Orpheus was considered one of the chief poets and musicians of antiquity and is still a symbol of the art of music.
∗ Visit the stone Mushrooms near Perperikon.
∗ Depart and head to the Hotel.
∗ Chech-in at the hotel.
∗ Dinner in the Hotel, relax at the charming atmosphere and get ready for the next day.
DAY 2
∗ Today morning after breakfast, some free time to enjoy the Spa and wellness facilities in the hotel.
∗ Boarding the coach and heading towards the town of Kazanlak.
∗ Visit to the Kazanlashka Tomb, One of the most impressive monuments of the Thracian civilization in the Valley of the Thracian Kings.
∗ Discover the tomb of Seuthes III. Seuthes III was the King of the Odrysian Kingdom of Thrace from c.331 to c.300BC and founder of the nearby Thracian city of Seuthopolis.
∗ Lunch and relax in a traditional restaurant while enjoying deliciously prepared food, fine wine and lovely atmosphere.
∗ Enjoyable afternoon at the Architectural and Ethnographic Complex Damascena, where the legends of Orpheus come to life. Orpheus was considered one of the chief poets and musicians of antiquity and is still a symbol of the art of music.
∗ Departure towards Wine and Spa Complex Starosel.
∗ Hotel check-in. Hotel Starosel is located on the outskirts of the village of Starosel and is decorated in traditional Bulgarian style with natural materials like wood, stone and wool. The hotel is considered one of the pearls in the crown of Bulgarian spa tourism.
∗ Dinner at the hotel restaurant, relax in a traditional atmosphere while enjoying deliciously prepared food, free time.
DAY 3
∗ Free day to enjoy the spa and wellness facilities at the hotel.
∗ Hotel check-out.
∗ Visit the Thracian cult center, near the Hotel ”Starosel”.
∗ Lunch in a thematic restaurant at Wine& Spa Complex Starosel.
∗ In the afternoon we will visit the town of Hisarya, a small resort town in Plovdiv Province. The town is famous for its pre-historic remains and Roman ruins visible everywhere – public buildings, a small amphitheater, the barracks of the Roman garrison, the foundations of a couple of the oldest churches in Bulgaria, as well as the best-preserved Roman city walls in Bulgaria.
∗ Boarding the coach and head back to the town of Plovdiv and Sofia.
∗ 17:00: Expected time of arrival in Plovdiv at the parking in front of Hotel RAMADA (Trimoncium Hotel) or at your preferable location if requested in advance at the time of booking.
∗ 18:30: Expected arrival time in Sofia at the parking lot behind Alexander Nevsky Cathedral or at your preferable location if requested in advance at the time of booking.
