During this 9-days multi guided hiking tour, you will get to know the landscapes of Bulgaria’s most striking mountains and the use of the thermal mineral water in favor of human health.

Seven Days tour of Thracian treasures in Bulgaria. We created this guided tour, inspired by the energy of the valley of roses, the wine and the myths of the Thracian kings.

This multi-tour will take you on a journey into the heart of the Bulgarian rose valley- the valley of the Thracian kings and the Rhodope Mountains. You will visit the Damascene complex. Its unique gardens with 150 different species of roses. As well as an ancient tomb of Thracian Kings which is on the UNESCO World Heritage list.

You will learn about ways of ecological and healthy preparation of wine and food according to Thracian recipes and you will learn about the use of mineral water for the benefit of human health.
When the themes of this 7 days multi guided tour are the myths of the Thracians, the wine and the scent of roses, it will surely leave you memories for a lifetime.

Throughout this journey, we will do our part in helping to preserve the beautiful nature of Bulgaria by picking up any trash we see.

Yoga is a science of life that gives us very valuable knowledge about what it takes to be healthy and happy. On this retreat you will enjoy refreshing morning yoga sessions that interlace movement and breath and make both your body and mind flexible and strong. In the evenings you will indulge in a restorative yoga class and yoga Nidra sessions. During the day you can choose to chill in a thermal pool, take a walk in a thousand years old forest or be active enjoying mountain hikes, cycling, climbing and horse riding.

Experience the Rila Mountains with breathtaking views and places! Come with us on a ride with an electric hybrid bike and a licensed guide in cross country adventure. An easy rural route with departures from several possible locations in Samokov, Borovets, Beli Iskar, Madjare, Mala Tsarkva and Govedartsi, tailored to the abilities of the participants. 

Duration:  6 days
Difficulty level: Beginners and Intermediate
Easy, Green route
Includes: Electric Full Suspension bike and driver, helmet and guide.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
You will be pick up, per arrangement in advance with member of our booking team.
We will bring everything to you: Electric Full Suspension bike, helmets, gloves, overalls, jackets, wellies. That’s right, everything.
We can be onsite for whatever duration you require.
Minimum age – 18 years old.
A qualified Electric Biking Instructor/s will be there and we carry both Public Liability and Employers Liability for the activity.

YOU WILL NEED:
Although we provide overalls, wellies and jackets please remember you will get muddy! We suggest wearing old clothing underneath our gear.

In case of medical issues or allergies you should always consult your tour representative if you are not sure of what ingredients a dish contains.
