DAY 1

∗ From Plovdiv – Our team will be waiting to greet you at the parking in front of the Hotel Ramada (Trimoncium Hotel Plovdiv), http://!!!Green Valleys meeting point Plovdiv. google/maps!!!, or you can arrange your pick up point in advance with member of our booking team.
∗ Discover Plovdiv one of the oldest towns in Europe. There is evidence of habitation in Plovdiv dating back to the 6th millennium BCE. Our guides will share their wealth of information about the area with you.

∗ Explore the ancient Asen’s Fortress, a medieval fortress in the Rhodope Mountains controlled by the Thracians, Romans, Byzantines, Crusaders, Ottomans and Bulgarians.

Day 2
∗ After breakfast we will depart towards the ancient Thracian city of Perperikon, located in the Eastern Rhodope and 15 km northeast of the present-day town of Kardzhali.
∗ Visit to the ancient Thracian city of Perperikon, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Bulgaria.
∗ Picnic lunch in the picturesque mountain scenery, next to the park of Perperikon.
∗ Visit to the Thracian Sanctuary of the village of Tatul and the Temple of Orpheus where the legends of Orpheus come to life. Orpheus was considered one of the chief poets and musicians of antiquity and is still a symbol of the art of music.
∗ Departure towards the Hotel.
∗ Hotel check-in and free time.
∗ Dinner at the hotel restaurant, relax in a traditional atmosphere while enjoying deliciously prepared food, free time.
Day 3
∗ After breakfast we will continue our adventure around the Rhodope Mountain.
∗ Visit to the Alexandrovo tomb and the Museum Center “Thracian Art Of Eastern Rhodope”. The tomb in the vicinity of the village of Aleksandrovo dates back to the IV century BC, and is one of the most prominent monuments of the ancient Thracian culture.
∗ Visit to the ‘Gluhite kamani’ area (the Deaf stones area) is one of the largest rock- cult complexes in the Eastern Rhodope. The sacred place was used by the ancient Thracian tribes who inhabited the area.
∗ Picnic lunch in the picturesque mountain scenery.
∗ Visit to the village of Mezek, famous for the well-preserved medieval Mezek Fortress and its two Thracian tombs, the Mezek and Sheynovets tombs. The village is also well known for its own winery and the Mezzek brand of Bulgarian wine.
∗ Departure towards the Hotel.

Day 4
∗ Today we will visit the town of Kazanlak.
∗ Visit to the Kazanlashka Tomb, One of the most impressive monuments of the Thracian civilization in the Valley of the Thracian Kings. It is part of the UNESCO World Heritage list.
∗ Discover the tomb of Seuthes III. Seuthes III was the King of the Odrysian Kingdom of Thrace from c.331 to c.300BC and founder of the nearby Thracian city of Seuthopolis.
∗ Lunch & relax in a traditional restaurant while enjoying deliciously prepared food, fine wine and lovely atmosphere.
∗ Enjoyable afternoon at the Architectural and Ethnographic Complex Damascena, where the legends of Orpheus come to life. Orpheus was considered one of the chief poets and musicians of antiquity and is still a symbol of the art of music.
∗ Departure towards Wine& Spa Complex Starosel.
∗ Hotel check-in. Hotel Starosel is located on the outskirts of the village of Starosel and is decorated in traditional Bulgarian style with natural materials like wood, stone and wool. The hotel is considered one of the pearls in the crown of Bulgarian spa tourism.
∗ Dinner at the hotel restaurant, relax in a traditional atmosphere while enjoying deliciously prepared food, free time.
Day 5
∗ Free day to enjoy the spa and wellness facilities at the hotel.
∗ Lunch in a thematic restaurant at Wine& Spa Complex Starosel.
∗ In the afternoon we will visit the town of Hisarya, a small resort town in Plovdiv Province. The town is famous for its pre-historic remains and Roman ruins visible everywhere – public buildings, a small amphitheater, the barracks of the Roman garrison, the foundations of a couple of the oldest churches in Bulgaria, as well as the best-preserved Roman city walls in Bulgaria.
∗ Departure back to the hotel. Tasting the finest wine prepared according to an old Thracian recipe.
∗ Dinner at the hotel restaurant. Free time.
Day 6
∗ Free day to enjoy the spa and wellness facilities at the hotel. Also, you can choose between the various activities offered in the complex to take part in:
– Horseback riding – great fun for animal lovers.
– Hot air Balloon Flying.
– Quad-bike riding (all-terrain vehicle).
– Water Sports.
∗ Tasting the finest wine prepared according to an old Thracian recipe.
∗ Enjoying the spa and wellness facilities at the hotel.

Day 7
∗ Today after breakfast check out from the hotel.
∗ Departure towards the town of Koprivshtitsa, one of the most characteristic Bulgarian towns, still preserving the atmosphere of the Bulgarian National Revival period of the 19th century.
∗ Lunch & relax in a traditional restaurant while enjoying deliciously prepared food and lovely atmosphere.
∗ Walk around the Architectural and Ethnographic town of Koprivshtitsa.
∗ Depart and head towards town of Sofia.
∗ 18:00: Expected arrival time in Sofia and take part of the Sofia tour.
∗ Check in at the Hotel.
∗ Dinner in a thematic country restaurant with live custom Bulgarian dance (Horo), relax at the charming atmosphere, while being served delicious cooked food.
DAY 8
∗ Transfer to the Airoport or you can arranged your Drop off point in advance with member of our booking team.
